B.)    Application complete in all respect should be deposited in the administrative office of ITI, before the due date.Incomplete application will be rejected by the principal without assigning any reason thereof.

C.)    The following documents should be submitted along with the application form.

     a. Money Receipt in original as a proof of purchase of application form

     b. Copy of Madhyamik / VIII for Welder trade mark sheet.

     c. Six recent pass port size photograph.

     d. Copies of caste certificate in case of SC / ST / OBC Candidates.

     e. Copies of certificate in case of sport man,physically handicapped and children of green card holder/Ex-serviceman.

     f.  Postage stamp 5 pcs of Rs.5/- each self address written on envelope :- 5 pcs.

Note: Candidate are also to inform that Government of West Bengal may also conduct parallel admission process by on-line counseling through the respective directorate of industrial training. Relevant advertisement to follow in Karmakshetra / Daily Newspaper accordingly as per government notification.
